Celebrate National Mojito Day With a Mojito Recipe From Hotel Derek

THE DEREK MOJITO

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Oronoco Rum

Sparkling Water

Fresh Mint

Fresh Raspberries

Fresh Limes

Fresh Cucumber

Preparation:

Muddle mint (we like it really minty), raspberries, lime slices, and cucumber with sugar in a tall glass. Add ice and 1.5 oz. of Oronoco Rum, then top with sparkling water. Garnish with a fresh cucumber slice and a ripe raspberry. Next step: Enjoy!
