VIN Bar Debuts 3 Duck Dishes as Part of Destination Hotels & Resorts "Study of" Culinary Series.
Did you know? There are more than 40 breeds of domestic duck in The United States. The white Pekin duck (also called the Long Island duck) is the most common variety and is typically raised for eggs and meat. Peking duck, a famously prepared duck dish from Beijing's Imperial era, is now one of the most popular duck dishes in the United States. It's also our secret code word in VIN Bar- say it and we'll hook you up with some cotton candy, on the house!
In addition to a delicious Peking Duck Salad, Hotel Derek's VIN Bar is serving up savory Duck Crepes and decadent Duck Buns as part of Destination Hotels & Resorts "Study of" Culinary series.
