VIN Bar Debuts 3 Duck Dishes as Part of Destination Hotels & Resorts "Study of" Culinary Series.

Did you know? There are more than 40 breeds of domestic duck in The United States. The white Pekin duck (also called the Long Island duck) is the most common variety and is typically raised for eggs and meat. Peking duck, a famously prepared duck dish from Beijing's Imperial era, is now one of the most popular duck dishes in the United States.
